Login Instructions
For First Time Users and Users who Have Forgotten Their Password:
For your convenience, print the following instructions.
Step 1
To get a password for the first time, or if you forget your password, click on the “Get/Forget your Password?” link.
Step 2
Enter the email address you used when filling out your volunteer application. Click submit.
Step 3
Check your email. Within 1 to 15 minutes, you will receive an email message telling you how to reset your password. Read and follow instructions.
Note your username. You will need it to login once your password has been reset.
Step 4
Enter and confirm a new password. Passwords must use at least 12 characters, upper and lowercase letters, an integer, a symbol, and avoid using common words that can be found in a dictionary. Click Submit.
Step 5
You will briefly see a “Password Successfully Changed” message after which you will be redirected to the Center for Hope & Safety website.
Step 6
Click the Advocate Login link in the top upper right corner of the site. Enter your username and password. Click Login.
Step 7
Once logged in the Advocate Login link is replaced with an Advocate Area link. Click the Advocate Area link to access this portion of the site.
