Shelter Manager
From $40 an hour - Full-time
The Shelter Manager provides leadership for the Center for Hope and Safety’s (CHS) Shelter Program.
This role accomplishes program objectives by ensuring compliance with all CHS shelter grants, policies, and procedures; supervising, coaching, and training staff; organizing and monitoring team workflow and shelter operations; and overseeing shelter facilities.
The Shelter Manager is responsible for maintenance, safety, on-site upgrades, and special projects to ensure the shelter environment remains secure, functional, and responsive to participant needs.
